CCD warns of AI-generated "military" talking about "catastrophic situation at front"

The Center for Countering Disinformation has detected a new wave of videos created with the help of artificial intelligence, in which generated "military" talk about the "catastrophic situation at the front" and "irresponsible command". It was reported by the press service of the Center for Countering Disinformation.

"In fact, these videos are completely generated by AI, as indicated by the following signs: the faces of the "military" show artifacts - flickering, distortion of contours, unnatural shadows and lip movements, as well as uncharacteristic pronunciation for a living person - monotonous, without pauses and natural intonation," the statement said.

In addition, the analysis of the video using special software also confirmed the intervention of artificial intelligence, the center says.

"Such fakes are a tool of information and psychological operations of the Russian Federation aimed at demoralizing society, undermining faith in their own army and creating an atmosphere of hopelessness," the Center added.

As a reminder, russians launched a series of fake videos on TikTok about the "complete encirclement of Kupiansk".
