The russian oil pipeline company Transneft has suspended oil pumping to the oil terminal in the port of Novorossiysk, which was attacked by the Ukrainian Defense Forces on the night of November 13-14.

Reuters reported this, citing its own sources.

According to unnamed agency interlocutors, the port of Novorossiysk has suspended oil exports for an indefinite period of time.

In addition, Transneft was forced to suspend oil pumping to the port. It is likely that the Ukrainian strike damaged the relevant infrastructure.

Reuters emphasizes that Transneft refused to comment on this information.

According to ASTRA, earlier Novorossiysk Mayor Andrey Kravchenko said that the attack damaged the oil depot at the Sheskharis oil loading complex, the Chernomortransneft berth and the tank located there, as well as the NUTEP container terminal.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in late September, the Ukrainian Defense Forces also struck the port of Novorossiysk. Then, according to Bloomberg, two oil terminals suspended their work at once.
