On the night of November 4, the enemy carried out another massive attack on the energy and port infrastructure of the Odesa Region. The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper has reported this on his Telegram channel.
"The region has suffered two waves of massive drone strikes. Despite the active work of air defense, which destroyed most of the enemy targets, there are hits on civilian port and energy infrastructure," he wrote.
The strikes provoked fires at the sites of the hits.
"The road surface, production facilities and equipment were damaged. Rescuers quickly eliminated the fire. Fortunately, no one was killed or injured," Kiper added.
