On the evening of November 1, explosions were heard in temporarily occupied Alchevsk - according to local publics, drones probably hit an electrical substation, after which part of the city was left without power.

Zheleznogorsk

On the same night, Zheleznogorsk in the Kursk Oblast came under drone attack. The local substation was damaged, which also caused the city to lose power.

Tuapse

At around midnight, explosions were heard in Tuapse in the Krasnodar Krai. Regional authorities confirmed the attack and reported "damage to port infrastructure with subsequent fire."

According to the ASTRA Telegram channel, the fire occurred at the deep-water berthing complex of LLC "RN-Marine Terminal Tuapse" - an oil pier serving the Tuapse Oil Refinery and used to load oil products into tankers.

Later, the operational headquarters of the Krasnodar Krai specified that the drone fragments damaged the tanker and the oil terminal. "In the port of Tuapse, drone fragments fell on an oil tanker. The deck superstructure was damaged. The crew was evacuated. The terminal buildings and the railway station building were also damaged," the report said.

In addition, the drone fragments fell on a residential building in the village of Sosnovy near Tuapse.

Oryol

Oryol also came under attack at night - local residents reported the sounds of drones and the operation of air defense systems.

According to Reuters, Kyiv has recently intensified strikes on russian oil refineries and fuel storage facilities in order to complicate the logistics of fuel supplies for the russian army and increase the cost of the war for Moscow.

The port of Tuapse is one of the key export facilities for russian oil and petroleum products, on whose territory the Rosneft terminal and refinery are located, which have repeatedly become targets of attacks.
