PrivatBank puts up for sale Dnipro-Arena stadium and football training base in Dnipro

PrivatBank has put up for sale one of the largest sports facilities in the city - the Dnipro-Arena stadium and a football training base in Dnipro on Prozorro.Sales.

This is stated in the bank's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"On October 30, 2025, an auction will be held in the electronic trading system Prozorro.Sales for the sale of one of the largest sports facilities in the city of Dnipro - the Dnipro-Arena football stadium (Metalurh stadium) and a football training base," the message says.

The sale of the Dnipro-Arena stadium and the football training base is being carried out within the framework of the strategy and operational plan for the management of problem assets of JSC CB PrivatBank approved by the Supervisory Board of PrivatBank, according to a transparent and open bidding procedure.

The funds received from the sale will be used to increase the bank's financial result, and accordingly, increase the amount of taxes and dividends paid to the state budget.

The starting price of the lot is UAH 150 million.

The deadline for submitting bids for participation in the auction is October 29 (until 08:00 pm).

A mandatory condition is the payment of a guarantee deposit in the amount of 5% of the starting price of the property sale (UAH 7,500,000).

Dnipro-Arena is a European-class football stadium in Dnipro with 31,000 seats for spectators, reconstructed and opened in 2008.

The football arena has a field measuring 105×68 m, locker rooms, warm-up rooms, a gym, coaching rooms, rooms for media representatives, judges, a VIP box for 296 seats, a restaurant for 550 seats. The football field provides a heating system, automatic watering and an artificial lighting system for evening matches.

There are parking lots for athletes, staff and spectators near the stadium.

Location of the stadium: Dnipro, 7, Khersonska Street.

The training base is located in the forest and park zone of the Prydniprovsk residential district of Dnipro.

Built in 1971, reconstructed in 2010.

The training base includes three artificial and four grass fields, an indoor arena with an artificial turf field and stands for 506 seats, a cottage town for football players and two office and residential buildings, including a medical and rehabilitation center, a conference room, a room for a meeting of the coaching staff, a swimming pool, a gym, a sauna and showers. Location of the base: Dnipro, Mykhaila Didevycha Avenue, Buildings 12 and 14.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2024, PrivatBank increased its profit by 6% to a record UAH 40.1 billion.

100% of PrivatBank is owned by the state represented by the Ministry of Finance.
