Defense Intelligence: 3 paratroopers killed in russian Stavropol as a result of sabotage
The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, together with the Caucasus Liberation Movement, carried out a sabotage on the territory of the military unit of the 247th Air Assault Regiment of the russian Army in the Stavropol Krai of the russian aggressor country.
The press service of the department reported this today, October 23.
The incident occurred yesterday, October 22, near the checkpoint of the 247th Regiment's permanent deployment in the center of Stavropol. According to the Defense Intelligence, the explosion killed at least three servicemen of the above-mentioned unit.
The agency noted that soldiers and officers of the 247th Regiment have been participating in the war against Ukraine since 2014. During this time, they "distinguished themselves" by numerous war crimes.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on September 27, a lieutenant colonel of the Rosgvardia was killed in Stavropol Krai as a result of an operation by the Defense Intelligence and the Caucasus Liberation Movement.
Shortly before that, the Defense Intelligence released the names of russian army officers involved in massive missile strikes on Ukraine.
As a reminder, in early September, the Defense Intelligence conducted a sabotage at the checkpoint of the permanent deployment of the 748th operational battalion of the Rosgvardia.
