European leaders comment on conversation with Zelenskyy after his meeting with Trump

European leaders have pledged continued support for Ukraine after a joint conversation with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in which he reported on the results of talks with US President Donald Trump.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said it was a "productive conversation" and reiterated that Britain would unwaveringly support Ukraine in its struggle and continue military and humanitarian assistance.

"We must see a just and lasting peace," Keir Starmer said.

Finnish President Alexander Stubb also shared the results of his conversation with the Ukrainian leader.

"We remain resolute in supporting Ukraine. This includes military and financial assistance, security guarantees, a ceasefire and a peace process. The work continues. And no one wants this war to end more than the Ukrainians," Stubb said.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, after meeting with US President Donald Trump, spoke with key European partners who are part of the Coalition of the Williing, the EU leadership and the NATO Secretary General.
