RF strike oil depot in Chernihiv Region, large-scale fire broke out - OC North

During the day, from 8 am on October 13 to the morning of October 14, the russian army shelled the Chernihiv Region 22 times, as a result of the strikes on the oil depot, a large-scale fire broke out. Operational Command North reports this on Facebook.

So, it is reported that in the Nizhyn district, after being hit by 4 strike drones, a fire broke out at the oil depot.

Thus, according to the head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration Vyacheslav Chaus, in the evening in the Nizhyn district, the enemy attacked one of the civilian infrastructure facilities with a wave of drones. A fire broke out, and now the State Emergency Service units are working to extinguish it.

A total of 84 explosions were recorded. The enemy attacked the Novhorod-Siverskyi, Koriukivskyi and Nizhynskyi districts. Also in Semenivka, the russians used an FPV drone to hit a store in the city center. A local resident, the store owner, was killed. The injured local resident was hospitalized. Also in Semenivka, FPV drones hit two private residential buildings.

In the Sumy Region, russian troops carried out almost 110 attacks on 37 settlements in 15 territorial communities of the region. The most attacks were recorded in Sumy and Shostka districts. Non-residential premises were damaged in the Sumy community.

Yesterday, the army of the aggressor state of russia attacked an infrastructure facility in the city of Chernihiv, as a result of which five people were injured. In addition, the enemy hit an enterprise in Nizhyn in the Chernihiv Region.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on October 12, the Minister of Energy of Ukraine Svitlana Hrynchuk stated that the situation in the energy system is complicated due to constant shelling, but remains under control.

We will remind, on October 10, the russians carried out a massive air attack on Ukraine, the main target being energy infrastructure facilities.
