The aggressor country of russia has resumed gasoline supplies from Belarus through the St. Petersburg exchange. This happened after a nearly year-long break amid "high demand and unscheduled shutdowns of refineries," the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine reports.

"During the period from July to September 2025, 96,900 tons of Belarusian oil products were sold at the auction, which is 36% more than in the same period of the previous year. In September, sales of gasoline from Belarusian refineries increased by 168% compared to August, diesel fuel - by 83%," the statement said.

"At the same time, russia and Belarus continue to cooperate in the military-industrial sphere. At the INNOPROM. Belarus exhibition, the Orsha-based Kidmatech enterprise (a manufacturer of assault rifles, sniper rifles, silencers, ammunition and optics) signed a contract with the russian Tula Cartridge Plant," the Foreign Intelligence Service said.
