The Economic Court of Kyiv, based on the application of the Ministry of Energy, has banned Ukrenergo, as well as all registrars and executive bodies without exception, from carrying out registration actions based on the decision of the Supervisory Board of September 26 to dismiss the company's CEO and Board.

It was reported by Ekonomichna Pravda with reference to the court ruling, which was posted by Yaroslav Zheleznyak, a Member of Parliament from the Holos faction, on his Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

"The story with Ukrenergo continues. In addition to the order of the Ministry of Energy, suspicions of the corporate secretary and the blocked register... the court's decision to ban changes was added," Zhelezniak wrote.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on September 26, the Supervisory Board of the National Power Company Ukrenergo dismissed Vitalii Zaichenko from the post of the Chairman of the Board of the company.
