Defense Intelligence discloses data of 13 russian commanders involved in missile strikes on Ukraine

The Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has released the names of 13 russian military personnel who planned and organized missile strikes on Ukrainian cities. These are the command staff of the long-range aviation of the russian Aerospace Forces.

This is reported on the Defense Intelligence website.

The list includes Lieutenant General Sergey Kobylash, Major General Sergey Kuvaldin, Colonel Sergey Shevel and Major General Oleg Pchela. The intelligence also published their personal data: places of residence, phone numbers, email addresses, tax numbers and state insurance information

According to the Defense Intelligence, from the beginning of the full-scale invasion until August 31, 2025, russian aviation carried out:

2,354 launches of Kh-555 / Kh-101 / Kh-55SM missiles from Tu-95MS and Tu-160 aircraft;

321 launches of Kh-22 / Kh-32 cruise missiles from Tu-22M3;

171 launches of Kinzhal air-to-ground ballistic missiles from MiG-31K/I.

Most of these strikes were directed against civilian infrastructure, including hospitals, maternity hospitals, schools, residential high-rise buildings and energy facilities. Thousands of civilians were killed and injured as a result of the shelling.

Recall that due to a massive russian missile and drone attack on the night of September 28, the building of the Institute of Cardiology named after Academician M. D. Strazhesko in Kyiv was damaged, but despite this, it continues to operate.
