Another 17 gas stations of Privat group leased to UPG

At its meeting on September 25, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) allowed Ukrpaletsystem, which is part of the UPG group of businessman Volodymyr Petrenko, to lease another 17 gas stations of the Privat group.

This is stated in the AMCU announcement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"Ukrpaletsystem is allowed to gain control over the assets of Ecotrade Company LLC by leasing a single property complex - a gas station," one of the committee's decisions says. The gas stations are located in the Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, Odesa and Lviv Regions.

These are gas stations that operated under the Avias and ANP brands and are distributed among 14 companies.

Among the beneficiaries of these structures, according to YouControl, is Yurii Kiperman, the father of businessman Mykhailo Kiperman, who manages the Privat group's gas station network.

Before the full-scale war, the Privat fuel network was the largest in Ukraine and had over 1,500 gas stations under various brands.

From now on, Ukrpaletsystem has permission to lease 219 gas stations from the Privat group.

According to Forbes, the UPG network, controlled by Volodymyr Petrenko (the official owner is his sister Yulia Vaskovska), ranks fifth among the largest gas station networks in Ukraine in terms of fuel sales, behind OKKO, WOG, Ukrnafta, and BRSM-Nafta.
