Moscow cuts funds: occupied territories of Ukraine will be limited in funding
The occupation structures in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine have received a clear signal from moscow: funding will be reduced in the coming years.
The Center of National Resistance has reported this on Telegram.
Delegations of the so-called administrations arrived in moscow for an economic forum, where representatives of the russian authorities outlined the real state of the russian economy and announced a decrease in budget injections into the regions. They explain this by economic instability and the need to reduce costs.
The kremlin also expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that the occupation authorities are not implementing market management mechanisms, which is why the territories remain completely dependent on federal subsidies.
The reduction in funding may affect social programs, infrastructure projects and salary payments to local employees.
Earlier, vladimir putin promised the militants two hectares of land for participating in the war against Ukraine. Analysts emphasize that such initiatives demonstrate the Kremlin's colonial approach, focused on seizing territories and subjugating the population.
In the Zaporizhzhia Region, the occupiers are already taking measures to overcome the personnel shortage by importing units from russia into the territory. According to experts, this indicates the inability of local occupation structures to independently manage the regions and their dependence on external resources.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, according to closed demographic reports circulating in the document circulation in the aggressor country of russia, the population may decrease by at least 25% in the next 50 years.
