Russia shels Kostiantynivka: two killed, wounded and destruction reported

On September 21, russian troops carried out massive attacks on Kostiantynivka of the Donetsk Region during the day, using artillery, drones, rocket systems and aviation.

This was reported by the head of the Kostiantynivka City Military Administration, Serhii Horbunov.

In the morning, the occupiers shelled the city with cannon artillery and attacked with an FPV drone. As a result, one person was killed, another was injured when a drone hit a car. The car received significant damage.

Two more residents were injured by artillery shelling and sought medical help at a hospital in Druzhkivka. Destruction of civilian infrastructure was also recorded.

Later, the City Military Administration clarified that the city was hit by Smerch MLRS, which damaged the facades of residential buildings, a store and a shopping center. In addition, the russian air force dropped a 250-kilogram air bomb with an unified planning and correction module module, which damaged a high-rise building.

In the evening, the russian army again opened artillery fire on residential areas. Another person was killed.

As a reminder, on September 18, the russian occupiers dropped an air bomb on the city of Konstiantynovka, Donetsk Region. The attack killed 5 civilians.
