Massive russian strike on Sumy damages infrastructure, several districts lose power

On the night of August 27, russian troops carried out a massive drone strike on Sumy and the outskirts of the Sumy community. This was reported by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleh Hryhorov.

Suspilne Sumy reports that the city has partially lost electricity and water supply. According to journalists, the first reports of explosions in the outskirts of the city came after midnight. At about 1:15 am, it became known about numerous new strikes on the city.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of August 25, russian occupiers attacked the Sumy community. In the Pischanskyi district, a street was almost completely destroyed, 5 people were injured.
