Halushchenko Appoints Deputy Justice Minister Linked to Wartime Real Estate Purchase from Founder of "Russian Military Brotherhood"

Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

According to sources, journalists have obtained documents confirming that in 2022, the daughter of Lyudmyla Kravchenko purchased real estate. In particular, on October 12 – immediately after a massive missile attack on Kyiv – a transaction was finalized for the purchase of an apartment in Varna, Bulgaria. The sellers were five citizens of the Russian Federation – members of the Mokrytsky family. Reports KP.UA

Available information indicates that one of the sellers, Vyacheslav Mokrytsky, is the founder of the organization "Russian Military Brotherhood" and co-founder of the company "Ekopan-Novosibirsk." Both entities are registered in Russia and, according to open sources, display signs of pro-Russian activity.

Moreover, journalists cite the existence of documents confirming the Kravchenko family's purchase of another real estate property located within the Russian Federation. The details of this transaction are still being clarified.

As a result, the Justice Minister's decision to appoint Lyudmyla Kravchenko raises additional concerns regarding the transparency of the appointment process and potential reputational risks for the Ministry. The Ministry of Justice has not issued any public comments on the matter so far.
