Government allows to book 100% of employees of critical enterprises in frontline territories - Economy Ministry

The Cabinet of Ministers has allowed to book 100% of employees of critical enterprises in frontline territories. The Ministry of Economy has announced this, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

It is noted that such a decision provides for expanding opportunities to preserve the human resources potential of enterprises operating in combat zones.

Main changes:

Booking of up to 100% of persons liable for military service is provided for employees of critical enterprises that actually operate in the territories of possible combat operations or active combat operations for which the date of completion of combat operations has not been set, according to the list of the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories;

The change in the booking limit will be carried out through the Diia portal by the state body that recognized the enterprise as critical based on the application of the regional military administrations at the place of actual operation of the enterprise.

The booking procedure remains unchanged:

The enterprise must be included in the list of critical - upon submission of the authorized body;

applications and notifications are submitted exclusively electronically through the Diia portal;

the company forms and submits lists for booking independently.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in May the Cabinet of Ministers allowed 100% of employees of enterprises critical to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to be booked.
