DeepState spoke about situation near Dobropillia, where occupiers advanced about 10 kilometers

Analysts of the Ukrainian project DeepState claim that the occupiers have made a 10-kilometer breakthrough near Dobropillia in the Donetsk Region. They managed to achieve a new and high-quality line of defense, occupying which they will be able to gain a foothold.

This is evidenced by a message on the DeepState Telegram channel.

According to analysts, thanks to constant pressure on the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, the russians managed to advance about 10 kilometers and gain a foothold in the settlements of Kucheriv Yar and Zolotyi Kolodiaz.

DeepState believes that now the occupiers will accumulate their forces here to develop their success and further advance.

At the same time, the russians do not stop and continue to press in the direction of the highway connecting Dobropillia and Kramatorsk. In this area, the occupiers managed to find weak points in the defense, which they took advantage of.

Another problem is that a little to the north of the russian breakthrough point there is a new line of defense with high-quality engineering barriers and well-built positions. According to the Ukrainian military, in this case it will be extremely difficult to knock the occupiers out of these positions.

"The situation is developing quite chaotically, because the enemy, having found gaps in the defense, is seeping into the depths, trying to quickly gain a foothold, accumulate forces for further advancement, while some individuals in the command of a certain brigade either do not understand the full depth of the problem, or present the situation as "controlled", in which "everyone was killed, everyone was stopped". However, the military themselves, who are holding the defense there and are trying to understand what is happening, do not agree with this," wrote DeepState.

Analysts suggest that in the event of consolidation, the occupiers will bring UAV units to this area, which will make it difficult for the Ukrainian military to restructure logistics.

DeepState added that in this case, we may face a moment "when Dobropillia will fall faster than Pokrovsk."

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on August 11, it became known that russian troops had advanced near three settlements on two front lines in the Donetsk Region.

Recall, according to OSINT analysts, russian Shahed strike drones drop cluster anti-tank mines on the road connecting Pokrovsk and Pavlohrad during their flight.
