Partisans reconnoiter factory in St. Petersburg that produces components for russian fighter jets
The ATESH guerrillas conducted reconnaissance of the enemy factory Krasny Oktyabr in St. Petersburg. It produces components for russian fighter jets. This is stated in a message of the ATESH guerrilla movement.
"Agents of our movement examined the strategically important enterprise Krasny Oktyabr in St. Petersburg (coordinates: 59.996630, 30.365872). The plant is engaged in the production and repair of power units for Mi and Ka helicopters, aircraft unit boxes, gas turbine engines and turbo starters for MiG and Su fighters," it says.
It is noted that these components play a key role in providing combat aviation, which is used for attacks against Ukraine and the transfer of occupation troops.
During the reconnaissance, the partisans recorded increased security measures: the facility is surrounded by a high fence with barbed wire and spikes. The territory is under increased traffic. There is round-the-clock video surveillance, and armed guards are present. ATESH agents also noted active traffic and clearly structured supply logistics.
"All the information collected - routes, security, the structure of the facility and personnel - has already been transferred to the Defense Forces of Ukraine," the partisans summarized.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, ATESH partisans conducted reconnaissance of the Chemical Automation Design Bureau in Voronezh, russia, which is actively working in the military-industrial complex of the aggressor state of russia. This enterprise produces liquid rocket engines, including those for the Iskander-M missile launcher.
