President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is preparing new long-range strikes on the territory of the aggressor country russia in order to transfer the war to the territory of the russian federation. The head of state announced this at a meeting with the military on Sunday, July 13.

Zelenskyy noted that he discussed the situation in key areas of defense with Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi and Chief of the General Staff Andrii Hnatov. According to him, the military knows and sees the intentions of the occupiers to develop offensive actions, but is being choked by the resilience of the Ukrainian troops.

"The Russian army has significantly lagged behind the expectations of its command for this summer. Our units will continue to destroy the occupier and do everything to transfer the war to Russian territory. We are preparing our new long-range strikes," the President emphasized.

In addition, Zelenskyy stressed that Ukraine will respond harshly to every russian strike on Ukrainians.
