On the night of Friday, July 4, russian troops carried out the largest attack on Ukraine in more than three years, the main target was Kyiv.

This is stated in the russian Offensive Campaign Assessment by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) as of July 4, 2025, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

Analysts from the Institute for the Study of War have published a schedule according to which the most massive attacks are recorded in June and July 2025. It was then that russia began to simultaneously use more than 400 air targets to attack Ukraine.
