UAH 120 million bail posted for Chernyshov

A bail of UAH 120 million has been posted for Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of National Unity Oleksii Chernyshov.

MP Oleksii Honcharenko and press secretary of the High Anti-Corruption Court Olesia Chemerys reported this in a comment to Ukrinform on Wednesday, July 2.

"They say that UAH 120 million has already been posted for Chernyshov," Honcharenko noted.

According to Chemerys, the bail for the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of National Unity was posted in full today.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on July 2, the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) refused to grant the petition to remove Oleksii Chernyshov from the position of Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of National Unity of Ukraine.

Recall that on June 23, Chernyshov was informed of suspicion of abuse of office and obtaining illegal benefits in an especially large amount for himself and third parties.

On June 16, Chernyshov reported that he was on an official visit to Austria.

On June 18, journalist Mykhailo Tkach stated that Chernyshov had not returned from a foreign trip.
