PrivatBank’s Supervisory Board receives considerable salaries and other payments in May

The Supervisory Board of PrivatBank received salaries in the amount of UAH 580,000 to UAH 834,000 in May.

This is evidenced by data on the bank's website, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

Thus, the members of the bank's Supervisory Board in May received the following salaries: UAH 834,000, UAH 580,000, three – UAH 695,000 each, four – UAH 765,000 each.

In addition, four members of the Supervisory Board received UAH 5.5 million in non-cash form, one - UAH 5.8 million, two – UAH 16.6 million each, and two - UAH 18.6 million each.

It is noted that this is other income under managers' liability insurance contracts for the period 2019–2024 and its taxation has been carried out.

The bank's supervisory board includes 9 people: chairman - Nils Melngailis, members Artem Shevalov, Jagiello Zbigniew, Nadir Shaikh, Mihai Ionescu, Federico Russo, Volodymyr Lytvyn, Yuliia Metsher, Serhii Oleksiienko.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, PrivatBank increased its profit in 2024 by 6% to a record UAH 40.1 billion.

100% of PrivatBank belongs to the state represented by the Ministry of Finance.
