Satellite images of Belaya airfield destroyed by Ukrainian drones appeared
After a large-scale operation by the Security Service of Ukraine on a number of russian airfields, satellite images of Belaya airfield have appeared. The images from the American aerospace company Umbra Space were shown by OSINT analyst Chris Biggers on the social network X.
The published photos show the hit Tu-95MS and Tu-22M3 aircraft. The first photo shows three destroyed Tu-95MS strategic bombers and another damaged and destroyed Tu-22M3.
The second photo shows three, presumably destroyed, Tu-22M3 strategic bombers.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on June 1, the Security Service of Ukraine conducted a large-scale special operation to destroy enemy bombers in the rear of the aggressor country, the russian federation.
The estimated cost of the strategic aviation of the aggressor country, hit on June 1 as a result of the SSU special operation Spider Web, is USD 7 billion.
The SSU also revealed some details of the special operation - for example, the SSU first transported FPV drones to the russian federation, and later - mobile wooden houses. Later, in russia, the drones were hidden under the roofs of houses already placed on trucks. At the right moment, the roofs of the houses were remotely opened, and the drones flew to hit the russian bombers.
Sources in the SSU told the Ukrainian News Agency that more than 40 aircraft were currently known to have been hit, including A-50, Tu-95 and Tu-22 M3.
