NSDC sees signs of russia preparing for new strikes on Ukraine with strategic aviation – Center for Countering Disinformation

The russian federation may be preparing for new strikes on Ukraine with strategic aviation.

The head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, Andrii Kovalenko, has written this in a Telegram post.

This is how the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation reacted to the words of US President Donald Trump about the latest strikes by the russian federation on Ukrainian territory, by which he is "surprised" and "disappointed". They prevent a quick conclusion of peace, the head of the White House said.

Kovalenko noted that it is not the first time that the russians have resorted to escalation against the backdrop of negotiations; this happened during the conclusion of the Minsk agreements in 2014-2015. He called on the US to respond harshly.

"The thing is that now there are signs that the Russian Federation is preparing new attacks using strategic aviation in the future. And all this is a traditional technique for Moscow, since the times of Minsk. Here, I think it is important to turn disappointment into what the Russians call a "hard slap" (to the illegitimate president Vladimir, - ed.) to Putin."
