Cabinet allows to book 100% of employees of enterprises critical to AFU needs

The Cabinet of Ministers allowed to book 100% of employees of enterprises critical to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Economy, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

According to the report, the booking of 100% of military-liable employees of enterprises, institutions and organizations that are determined to be critical to ensuring the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations is allowed.

In addition, special conditions have been introduced for enterprises that protect fuel and energy complex facilities. Such enterprises can apply any of the three established criteria. Currently, the criteria for the absence of tax arrears and the level of the average salary for the enterprise of at least UAH 20,000 are not mandatory. Also, the requirements for the level of the average monthly salary of those reserved of at least UAH 20,000 have been canceled for them.

"This decision allows the state to respond more flexibly to defense needs and maintain the uninterrupted functioning of enterprises that play a critical role in the life support of the population and the defense of the country. We support both energy companies and those engaged in providing the army - from drones to medical training," said Deputy Minister of Economy Vitalii Kindrativ.
