AFU destroy russian army’s valuable jamming station Zhitel. Video published

Servicemen of the Phoenix unit of reconnaissance and strike unmanned aircraft complexes destroyed the R-330Zh "Zhitel" electronic warfare station of the army of the aggressor country russia.

This is evidenced by a message on the unit's Telegram channel.

The jamming station was discovered on one of the front lines in the Kharkiv Region. The occupiers deployed it among urban buildings.

The Ukrainian military used several FPV drones to hit the occupiers' expensive electronic warfare complex.

The R-330Zh "Zhitel" is an automated jamming station that is in service with the army of the aggressor country russia.

It is designed to detect sources of radio radiation, jam communications and determine the coordinates of radio radiation sources.

The station is designed and manufactured by the Protek company. The Zhytel entered service with the russian army in 2008.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on May 22, the Ukrainian Defense Forces published a video showing the destruction of three air defense systems of the occupiers in the Donetsk Region.

As we will recall, at the end of April, the Ukrainian military hit a Buk-M2 anti-aircraft missile system. The machine was destroyed along with its ammunition.
