Russia afraid to send its "memorandum" because of unrealistic ultimatums in it - MFA

The spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Heorhii Tykhyi, said that russia's reluctance to transfer the "memorandum" to Ukraine indicates the likely presence of unrealistic ultimatums in it.

He wrote about this on the social network X.

"The fear of the russians to send their "memorandum" to Ukraine indicates that it probably contains unrealistic ultimatums, and they are afraid to be exposed, which is delaying the peace process," the report says.

Tykhyi added that the russian side must immediately transfer the document, as Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha had previously emphasized.

"If this is not the case, then they should immediately hand over the document, as Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said, and stop these games, which only indicate that they probably want the next meeting to be fruitless," he concluded.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Ukraine has conveyed to the russian side its vision of steps towards a ceasefire and is awaiting their "memorandum."

Meanwhile, according to russian media, the head of the russian delegation, an aide to russian dictator putin, Vladimir Medinsky, said that the aggressor country of russia has offered Ukraine a date and place for a meeting to exchange memoranda, and russia is immediately ready to continue negotiations there.

Earlier, the head of the Foreign Ministry of the aggressor country of russia, Sergey Lavrov, said that russia is working on a draft document with conditions for a "settlement" and will present it after the prisoner exchange in the "1,000 for 1,000" format is completed.
