170 combat clashes take place at front during day, 65 of them in Pokrovsk Axis

On May 26, 170 combat clashes took place at the front, the enemy attacked most of all in the Pokrovsk (65 clashes), Novopavlivsk (24) and Kursk (23) Axes.

This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Over the past day, the enemy carried out one missile strike on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, using 9 missiles, and 87 air strikes, dropping 151 guided aerial bombs.

In addition, the enemy carried out 4,586 shelling, in particular, 115 from multiple launch rocket systems, and involved 3,068 kamikaze drones for strikes.

On May 26, 170 combat clashes with russian occupiers were recorded at the front.

Thus, in the Kharkiv Axis, 5 attacks were repelled in the areas of Vovchansk and Dvorichna.

In the Kupyansk Axis, 5 attacks of the invaders were repelled near Zahryzove and towards Petropavlivka and Nova Kruhliakivka.

In the Lyman Axis, the enemy attacked 16 times near the settlements of Hrekivka, Novomykhailivka, Ridkodub, Yampolivka, Torske and towards Hryhorivka.

In the Siversk Axis, our soldiers stopped 3 enemy attacks in the areas of Bilohorivka and Verkhniokamyanske.

In the Kramatorsk Axis, the occupiers attacked 5 times in the areas of Chasiv Yar, Orikhovo-Vasylivka and towards Stupochky, Bila Hora and Predtechyne.

In the Toretsk Axis, the enemy carried out 12 attacks in the areas of Ozarianivka, Toretsk and Shcherbynivka.

In the Pokrovsk Axis, the defenders stopped 65 assault actions of the aggressor near the settlements of Zoria, Oleksandropil, Malynivka, Yelyzavetivka, Myroliubivka, Lysivka, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Kotliarivka, Troitske and Andriyivka.

In the Novopavlivsk Axis, 24 attacks were repelled near the settlements of Kostiantynopil, Bahatyr, Odradne, Zelene Pole, Novosilka, Novopil and Vilne Pole.

In the Orikhiv Axis, the occupation troops stormed the positions of the Defense Forces 4 times in the areas of the settlements of Mali Shcherbaky, Stepove and in the direction of Novoandriyivka.

In the Prydniprovsk Axis, one enemy attack was repelled.

In the Kursk Axis (russian federation), the enemy carried out 16 air strikes, dropping 29 guided aerial bombs, and carried out 228 shelling, 8 of which were from multiple rocket launchers.

Ukrainian defenders stopped 23 assault actions of the invaders here.

No combat clashes were recorded in the Huliaipole Axis.

Over the past day, aviation, missile troops, and artillery of the Defense Forces inflicted damage on 6 areas of enemy personnel concentration.

In total, the losses of the russian invaders on May 26 amounted to 990 people.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on May 25, 180 combat clashes took place at the front, with the enemy attacking most of all in the Pokrovsk (63 clashes), Kursk (26), and Novopavlivsk (24) Axes.
