Soldiers of Defense Forces neutralized 1,130 occupiers and half thousand units of russian army equipment in day - AFU General Staff summary

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the defenders of Ukraine have inflicted significant losses in manpower on the russian army - 979,830 occupiers were eliminated and wounded. Of these, about 1,130 invaders were included in this list of the past day.

In addition, the Defense Forces destroyed another 565 units of military equipment and weapons of the enemy.

The updated data was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces on May 24.

In particular, the day before, the soldiers shot down 232 drones of the operational-tactical level (a total of 37,177) and turned 232 units of automotive equipment and tanker trucks (49,639) of russian troops into scrap.

The fighters also destroyed 47 armored combat vehicles (total 22,622), 36 artillery systems (28,201), 11 tanks (10,852), five MLRS (1,395) and two air defense systems (1,169) of the invaders.

In addition, during the full-scale war, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 3,895 units of special equipment, 3,197 cruise missiles, 372 aircraft, 336 helicopters, 28 ships/boats and a submarine of the russian Armed Forces.
