199 combat clashes take place at front during day, most of them in Pokrovsk, Kursk and Lyman Axes

On May 1, 199 combat clashes took place at the front, the enemy attacked the most in the Pokrovsk (64 clashes), Kursk (33) and Lyman (27) Axes.

This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Over the past day, the enemy launched three missile and 96 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, used five missiles and 172 guided aerial bombs.

In addition, the enemy carried out 5,898 shelling, 61 of them from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 2,991 kamikaze drones for strikes.

On May 1, 199 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded at the front.

So, in the Kharkiv Axis, there were 8 clashes in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk, Kamyanka, Topoli and towards Novovasylivka and Lyptsi.

In the Kupyansk Axis, 5 attacks of the occupiers were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Novoosynove, Hlushkivka, Nova Kruhliakivka and Zahryzove.

In the Lyman Axis, the enemy attacked 27 times in the areas of Nadiya, Yampolivka, Kolodiazi and towards Hrekivka, Torske, Ridkodub and Zelena Dolyna.

In the Siversk Axis, 4 attacks were repelled towards Verkhniokamyanske and Hryhorivka.

In the Kramatorsk Axis, the Defense Forces repelled 6 enemy assaults in the areas of the settlements of Chasiv Yar, Novomarkove and towards Bila Hora.

In the Toretsk Axis, the enemy carried out 4 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Shcherbynivka, Druzhba and towards Dyliyivka.

In the Pokrovsk Axis, 64 attacks of the aggressor were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Zvirove, Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Vodiane Druhe, Oleksandropil, Malynivka, Lysivka, Dachenske, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novoserhiyivka, Nadiyivka, Novooleksandrivka, Kotliarivka, Troitske, Andriyivka, as well as in the direction of Pokrovsk, Romanivka, Stara Mykolaivka, Nova Poltavka, Myroliubivka, Bahatyr and Oleksiyivka.

In the Novopavlivsk Axis, the Defense Forces repelled 15 enemy assaults in the areas of Kostiantynopil, Novosilka, Pryvilne, Vilne Pole and in the direction of Bahatyr and Shevchenko.

There were no clashes in the Huliaipole Axis.

In the Orikhiv Axis, 4 attacks were repelled near Lobkove, Kamyanske and Stepove.

In the Prydniprovsk Axis, one enemy attack was repelled.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue their operation in the Kursk Oblast of the russian federation.

Over the past 24 hours, 33 clashes took place at this front, the enemy launched 210 artillery shelling, 5 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems, and carried out 15 air strikes, dropping 21 guided aerial bombs.

On May 1, the Defense Forces' aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck 6 areas of concentration of enemy personnel, weapons, and military equipment, one UAV control point, and two enemy air defense systems.

In total, the losses of the russian invaders over the past 24 hours amounted to 1,110 people.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on April 30, 196 clashes took place at the front, with the enemy attacking the Pokrovsk (85 clashes) and Lyman (36) Axes the most.
