US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that the next week will be decisive in the negotiations on reaching an agreement to end the war in Ukraine. His words were quoted by the Clash Report on Sunday, April 27.
Rubio said that Ukraine and russia are now closer to concluding a peace agreement than they have been in the past three years. According to him, this should happen in the near future.
"Next week will be crucial in talks to reach an agreement to stop the war in Ukraine," Rubio said.
In addition, the US Secretary of State said that the United States will assess the parties' progress on the settlement for Ukraine in the coming week and decide whether it wants to continue participating in the peace process.
