By the end of the fourth quarter of last year, the country fulfilled 13 key indicators defined by the Ukraine Plan, which allowed it to attract the corresponding tranche on time and in full.

The reforms envisaged by the instrument cover such areas as the fight against corruption, improving the business climate, the labor market, regional policy, energy, ecology, as well as the management of public finances and enterprises.

The European Union remains the largest donor of budget support to Ukraine. In the first three months of 2025, the country received EUR 7.5 billion from the EU.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in total, EUR 16.1 billion have already been received by the state budget under the Ukraine Facility program.
