RF does not launch strike drones and missiles tonight - CCD

On the night of April 1, for the first time in almost six months, russia did not carry out a single attack on the territory of Ukraine using strike drones of the Shahed type. This is evidenced by data from the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The situation was commented on by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) at the National Security and Defense Council, Andrii Kovalenko.

"There were no strike UAVs. We will continue to monitor until it means nothing," he wrote in Telegram.

From 4:34 am on March 31 until the publication of this news, the Air Force has never reported any launches of enemy strike UAVs. Air alert was declared mostly in front-line regions. The enemy carried out strikes using tactical aviation: guided aerial bombs were launched in the Sumy Region.

The last night without Shaheds in Ukraine passed almost six months ago - October 14, 2024.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of March 31, 49 russian drones were heading to Kyiv. Air defense forces destroyed 11 drones. There were no injured or damage.

On the night of March 30, the aggressor country of russia attacked Ukraine with 111 Shahed strike UAVs and launched one ballistic missile. 65 drones were shot down.
