Acting board chair of Naftogaz Chumak received salary of UAH 1.5 million per month in 2024
Acting chairman of the board of Naftogaz Roman Chumak declared UAH 18,363,920 of salary (UAH 1,530,327 per month).
This is stated in his declaration for 2024, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Chumak received UAH 18.1 million from the Ministry of Finance, and his wife UAH 4.2 million from the alienation of securities and corporate rights.
Chumak also received UAH 2.9 million in interest from the Ministry of Finance, and his wife UAH 5.3 million.
From PJSC Joint-Stock Bank Ukrgasbank interest amounted to UAH 28,900, and from JSC State Savings Bank of Ukraine - UAH 249,100.
Chumak also received UAH 32,200 in health insurance from the primary trade union organization of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine.
Chumak's wife received UAH 2.7 million and UAH 42,000 in interest from JSC State Savings Bank of Ukraine.
Chumak's son received UAH 64,800 in interest from JSC State Savings Bank of Ukraine.
Roman Chumak owns a fleet of two cars: a 2007 TOYOTA PRADO and a 2017 MERCEDES-BENZ GLS 400.
For 2023, Roman Chumak declared UAH 15,298,905 in salary (UAH 1,274,909 per month).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on December 4, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Naftogaz of Ukraine national joint-stock company appointed Roman Chumak, CFO of the Naftogaz Group, as acting chairman of the company's board.
