Vitali Klitschko stated this during the discussion "Ukraine and Europe. Overcoming common challenges" in Germany.

Overcoming common challenges". In particular, I emphasized that the war should end not under any conditions, but under conditions acceptable to Ukraine and its partners. The key issue: russia must be deprived of the opportunity to threaten Ukraine and all of Europe. Otherwise, war may become a reality of European life. And our partners are beginning to understand this," Vitali Klitschko reported.
He also emphasized that, along with military assistance, Ukraine also needs to strengthen the levers of economic influence on russia - sanctions. And also provide security guarantees to Ukraine.
"Importantly: any "peace plan" must include respect for the territorial integrity of Ukraine and security guarantees. Otherwise, this will be the path to new wars and conflicts on the European continent," Klitschko said.
Vitali Klitschko also spoke with representatives of big business in Germany, in particular with manufacturers of drones, which Ukraine needs.
"I emphasized that we support European partners in their efforts to radically strengthen their defense capabilities and increase assistance to Ukraine. But it is necessary that statements be promptly supported by concrete actions. This is what will provide Europe with a prominent place at the negotiating table to end the war in Ukraine," Vitali Klitschko emphasized.
