Invaders advance in Luhansk and Donetsk Regions. DeepState shows updated map
Analysts of the Ukrainian project DeepState claim that the army of the aggressor country has allegedly advanced in the Luhansk and Donetsk Regions.
This is evidenced by the latest update of the DeepState interactive map.
According to OSINT analysts, in the Luhansk Region, russian troops have advanced north of the settlements of Novoliubivka and Balka Zhuravka (formerly Nevske).
In the Donetsk Region, the invaders' army managed to advance towards the settlement of Pryvilne, occupying a number of positions to the southeast of it.
At the time of publication of the news story, the Defense Forces of Ukraine did not confirm or deny the information published by OSINT analysts.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, yesterday, March 18, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that information about the alleged advance of units of the russian army deep into the Sumy Region is not true.
Before that, information appeared on social networks that russian troops were allegedly able to break through and wedge their way into the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the border areas of the Sumy Region.
On the morning of the same day, the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) reported that the russian army is not stopping attempts to squeeze units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine out of the territory of the Kursk Oblast.
As a reminder, the day before, the Siversk Operational and Strategic Troops Group answered whether there was a threat of a large-scale offensive by the occupiers in the Sumy Region.
