Russian dictator vladimir putin agreed in a telephone conversation with US President Donald Trump to a mutual waiver on attacks on energy infrastructure for 30 days.

The Kremlin said that putin "immediately gave the russian military the appropriate order".

In addition, putin named the conditions for introducing a 30-day ceasefire with Ukraine - "a complete cessation of foreign military assistance and the provision of intelligence information to Kyiv".
