Ukrainian and US teams agree to meet in near future, – Yermak

Head of the Presidential Office Andrii Yermak had a telephone conversation with the US President's National Security Advisor Michael Waltz. The politicians discussed further steps on the path to peace and also agreed to meet.

Yermak said this on his Telegram channel.

"We discussed further steps on the path to a just and lasting peace. We also exchanged views on security issues and coordination of positions within the framework of bilateral relations between Ukraine and the United States," the message says.

In addition, during the telephone conversation, it was possible to agree on a meeting of both teams in the near future "to continue this important work".

Recall, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine, together with its allies, is preparing a plan of the first steps to bring about a just and lasting peace. It will be ready in the near future.
