Artillerymen destroyed russian howitzer Msta-B. How it happened
Fighters of the 44th separate artillery brigade named after Hetman Danylo Apostol hit the russian howitzer 2A65 Msta-B with a direct hit.
This is stated in the brigade's message on Facebook.
"One more enemy gun, which will never fire again. Thank you to our soldiers for their masterful work," the message says.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, soldiers of the 225th separate assault regiment ran out of grenades while clearing a house in the Pokrovsk Axis, so they showed ingenuity and threw beehives with bees at the russians who were hiding in the basement.
It was also reported that the losses of russian troops on March 2 increased by 1,350 to 878,070 people, and Ukrainian defenders destroyed 11 tanks, 16 armored combat vehicles, 60 artillery systems and 61 drones over the past day.
In addition, on the night of February 28, the Defense Forces of Ukraine destroyed a thermobaric ammunition storage facility of the russian invaders in the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk Region, in the Selydove area.
And on February 26, 2025, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully struck the UAV control point of the 503rd motorized rifle regiment of the 19th motorized rifle division of the 58th army of the russian invaders in the village of Nesterianka, Zaporizhzhia Region.
