Fundraising for nuclear bomb gaining momentum in Ukraine: donations coming from more than 60 countries
The founder of Monobank Oleh Horokhovskyi, who opened a fundraiser for a nuclear bomb at the request of Ukrainians, receives donations to the "bank" from 61 countries.
He reported this on his Telegram channel.
"About 70,000 participants from 61 countries. After Ukraine, the largest number of donors are from the U.S., then from Poland. Thank you, friends! Americans and Poles are our closest friends and allies without a doubt," wrote Horokhovskyi.
At the moment, more than UAH 19 million have been collected. This means that on average people donate almost UAH 1.5 million per hour.
According to a profile poll conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS), 73% of Ukrainians favor the idea of reviving nuclear weapons. 20% do not support it. Another 7% were unable to answer the question.
