US did not stop arms sales to Ukraine, - MP Ustinova

The head of the Holos faction in the Verkhovna Rada, Oleksandra Ustinova, denied the statement of the secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, Member of Parliament from the Holos faction, Roman Kostenko, that the United States allegedly stopped arms sales to Ukraine.

Ustinova wrote about this on her Facebook page on Thursday, February 20.

"The US did NOT stop arms sales to Ukraine. Friends - journalists, please check the information before publishing. We are living in very, very difficult times now, you should not add fuel to the fire," the MP emphasized.

Recall that on February 20, Kostenko initially stated that the United States allegedly stopped arms sales to Ukraine. Later, he clarified that he was only talking about companies that sell arms directly to Ukraine, and they are currently waiting for the outcome of the meetings between Ukraine and the United States. According to him, they are waiting for political decisions so as not to have any problems due to the supply of weapons to Ukraine.
