The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA), in cooperation with the Bureau of Economic Security (BES), has secured the transfer of the Lviv Insulator Plant (LLC Lviv Insulator Company) to the management of the Ukrenergo National Power Company.
The ARMA press service has announced this, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The signing of the acceptance and transfer acts took place on the territory of the enterprise as part of a working trip of representatives of the agency's central office, headed by ARMA Deputy Head Stanislav Petrov, to the western region of Ukraine.
It is noted that the transfer of the asset was carried out in accordance with the government's order using the mechanism provided for in Article 21-1 of the ARMA Law, which allows transferring objects important to the state to management under a special procedure.
The Agency emphasizes that the Lviv Insulator Plant is a unique enterprise - the only manufacturer of glass insulators in Ukraine, which are critical for the functioning of the energy infrastructure.
According to the report, the key benefits of transferring this asset are ensuring the energy security of the state, guaranteeing 95% of income to the state budget every month, preserving the production potential of the enterprise and supporting domestic strategic production.
The arrest of LLC Lviv Insulator Company was imposed by the Halytskyi District Court of Lviv.
Currently, the beneficiary of LLC Lviv Insulator Company is Olga Dubovitskaya (Estonia).
Previously, one of the founders of the company was russian Sergey Petrov.
LLC Lviv Insulator Company was established in 2002 on the basis of the Lviv Insulator Plant, which existed since 1965.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in mid-November 2024, ARMA announced a competitive selection of a manager for the Trade Union Building, located in the center of Kyiv, which was arrested and transferred to ARMA management based on a decision of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv.
