Air defense forces shoot down 60 enemy drones at night – Air Forces
From 6 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, the russian invaders attacked Ukraine with 94 Shahed attack UAVs and simulator drones of various types from the directions of Millerovo, Oryol, Bryansk, Kursk.
The Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported this on the Telegram channel.
Aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Forces and the Defense Forces of Ukraine were involved in repelling the air attack.
As of 9 a.m., it was confirmed that 60 Shahed attack UAVs and drones of other types were shot down in the Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kirovohrad, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi and Donetsk Regions.
Due to the fall of downed enemy drones, several houses in the Kharkiv, Sumy and Poltava Regions were damaged (there were no casualties or injuries).
34 enemy drone simulators were lost in location (without negative consequences).
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on January 11, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated another 1,750 russian occupiers, 5 tanks and 18 armored combat vehicles.
