Verkhovna Rada creates Supreme Administrative Court

The Verkhovna Rada has created the Supreme Administrative Court.

Yaroslav Zhelezniak, a Member of Parliament from the Holos faction, announced this on his Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

"The Rada adopted draft law No. 12368-1 on the creation of the Supreme Administrative Court from Serhii Vlasenko," he wrote.

232 parliamentarians voted for the adoption of the bill as a basis, with the minimum required 226.

"It seems to me that there will be a problem with compliance with IMF requirements. Now this is a twist," Zhelezniak was surprised.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the draft law on the creation of the Supreme Administrative Court in Ukraine.
