Israeli Embassy expresses concern over anti-Semitism in Ukraine

The Israeli Embassy in Kyiv expressed concern and expressed concern over anti-Semitic incidents and anti-Semitism on social media during the Hanukkah celebrations in Ukraine.

This was reported by Israeli Ambassador to Ukraine Michael Brodsky on his Telegram channel on Thursday, December 2.

"The Israeli Embassy in Kyiv expresses concern over anti-Semitic incidents during the Hanukkah celebrations in Ukraine, as well as over anti-Semitism on social media," Brodsky wrote.

The Israeli Ambassador also thanked Ukrainian law enforcement agencies for their prompt response and asked them to take decisive action against people who incite hatred and violate the law.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, singer Kata Chili criticized the installation of a Hanukkah in the center of Kyiv, as she believes that the symbol of Ukrainian Christmas should be in the capital.
