Russian missile strike on Kryvyi Rih. Emergency and rescue operations completed
In Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Region, emergency and rescue operations have been completed at the site of a russian missile hitting a residential building.
This is announced in a statement by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
"Kryvyi Rih. As a result of yesterday's enemy missile strike, 1 person was killed, 17 others were injured, including 2 children," it says.
According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, a 43-year-old man was killed, and among the injured were girls aged 14 and 16. 12 wounded were hospitalized.
In addition, the entrance from the fourth to the first floors of the building attacked by the russians was destroyed. Another 4 apartment buildings were damaged. 9 shops, 3 restaurants, and more than two dozen cars were also damaged.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the evening of Tuesday, December 24, russian occupiers fired a ballistic missile at Kryvyi Rih in the Dnipropetrovsk Region. The missile damaged a residential building. People were trapped under the rubble.
During emergency rescue operations, a woman was pulled from the rubble of a house destroyed by a russian missile, after being trapped for 4 hours. Doctors diagnosed the rescued woman with chronic compression syndrome. She was taken to the hospital.
