AFU destroy 1,600 invaders and four tanks in a day. General Staff names russia’s losses

Over the past day, December 16, the Defense Forces of Ukraine destroyed 1,600 russian invaders, as well as 4 tanks, 8 artillery systems and 15 armored combat vehicles.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Thus, the total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to December 17, 2024 were approximately:

• personnel - about 765,110 (+1,600) people,
• tanks - 9,567 (+4) units,
• armored combat vehicles - 19,751 (+15) units,
• artillery systems - 21,159 (+8) units,
• MLRS - 1,256 (+0) units,
• air defense systems - 1,025 (+0) units,
• aircraft - 369 (+0) units,
• helicopters - 329 (+0) units,
• operational-tactical level UAVs - 20,406 (+34),
• cruise missiles - 2,943 (+0),
• ships / boats - 28 (+0) units,
• submarines - 1 (+0) units,
• automotive equipment and tankers - 31,550 (+70) units,
• special equipment - ​​3,650 (+0)

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in the meantime, the Special Operations Forces announced the destruction of 50 North Korean soldiers in the Kursk Oblast of the russian federation over three days and the wounding of 47 more.
