As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the morning of November 21, russian occupation troops struck the city of Dnipro, as a result of which a rehabilitation center for people with disabilities, an industrial enterprise, residential buildings were damaged, and two people were injured.

A ballistic missile, probably from the Kedr missile complex, was used to attack the city of Dnipro.

The russian occupiers launched a double attack in the Dnipropetrovsk Region: rescuers were attacked when they arrived at the scene of the first attack.

It was previously reported that law enforcement officers thwarted attempts by the aggressor country, the russian federation, to destroy the logistics of the Ukrainian Defense Forces on the southeastern front. As a result of a special operation by the Security Service in the Dnipropetrovsk Region, 2 russian informants were detained who were preparing coordinates for a new series of missile and drone strikes by the aggressor on Ukrzaliznytsia facilities.
