2025 state budget provides for increase in funding for High Anti-Corruption Court by over UAH 100 million
The 2025 state budget provides for an increase in funding for the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) by over UAH 100 million.
This is stated in the law on the State Budget for 2025, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
UAH 507.6 million is provided for the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) (this year, funding is at the level of UAH 390.3 million).
In addition, the state budget actually maintains the funding for the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (Asset Recovery and Management Agency; ARMA) at the same level as in 2024 - UAH 189.1 million.
The 2025 state budget also provides that the norm for calculating official salaries based on the frozen subsistence minimum of UAH 2,102 does not apply to employees of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NACB), and the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI).
We remind you that for other employees whose wages are determined by special laws, a "special" reduced subsistence minimum is provided for calculating salaries.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the state budget for 2025 provides for an increase in funding for the NACB by UAH 300 million, NACP by UAH 200 million, and SACPO by UAH 130 million.
